Position Summary:

The Sales Trainee will engage in a structured training program aimed at building skills in sales support and customer engagement. This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to start their career in sales within the consumer health industry and will prepare them for future opportunities as a Junior Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist in day-to-day operations and customer management.
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Customer Engagement:
• Assist in managing customer relationships and responding to inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Participate in customer visits and interactions to gain firsthand experience in sales tactics and relationship-building.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.
• Support the sales team with order processing and documentation.
• Training and Development:
• Engage in training sessions to understand Kenvue products, sales processes, and company values.
• Learn effective sales techniques to enhance customer engagement skills.
• Reporting:
• Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing reports for management review.
• Provide input on potential improvements in sales support processes.

What we are looking for:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Skills and Attributes:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
