SALARY RANGE
$33,760.00 - $37,136.06 Annually $1,298.46 - $1,428.31 Bi-weekly
Position Summary
Act as the assistant to the Unit Director by keeping a daily schedule; arrange for travel, appointments, answering and routing phone calls and type correspondence, as needed.
The Work You Will Do
Assist in the compiling and analyzing of data for administrative decisions. Create charts, graphs and other display systems.
Track staff vacancies, post vacancies on state computers, retrieve applications from system, develop a folder to track all activity required to fill job
