Pay: $24 (per hour)
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, snow removal and appliance diagnostics.
Expectations
• Typical hours of 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday. Saturday work may be required from time to time.
• Work, at minimum, 1 week per month for on call services after 90 days.
• Black out time for PTO dates are April – August. Could change based on leasing, turns, and Director discretion.
• Bonuses are given out between August and September at Director discretion.
