What will you do as a Program Manager: Database Video for Oracle?
- You will work closely with a team of video experts and other Program Managers to deliver bar-raising work.
- You will manage the workflow from pre-to-post-production on a range of projects, including live action, motion design, web series, social media, and more.
- You will be able to produce a shoot from pre- to post-production, including briefs, interviewing, scheduling, and more.
- You will understand Oracle’s brand messaging, look, and feel to be an active part of minimizing the revision process.
- You will be open to stepping into new roles in the production process if needed.
- You will be able to coordinate delivery of projects under a tight deadline with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
What qualifications are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years working as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Post-Production Supervisor, or Video Producer.
- Advanced understanding of the video production process.
- Some experience with project management tools like Wrike, Frame.io, and Digital Asset Management systems. Naming convention process experience, a plus.
- Experience with industry-leading editing software (Premiere Pro) is preferred.
- Some experience and design software (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus, but not required.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
