Production Specialist- 2nd Shift
We are looking for a Production Specialist for our Agawam, MA facility.This full time position will train on 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 for approxiately 4 months and then transition to 2nd shift from n this role you will ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of various equipment and machinery within a production environment. This involves using technical expertise to operate machinery, troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks, and contribute to workflow optimization. Additionally, the role demands a focus on safety, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration within a team to meet production goals.

Your Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a variety of equipment (e.g., coating vessels, blasting machines, polishing machines, cleaning lines, quality inspection equipment)
- Switch between tasks, machines, or departments based on operational needs
- Troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions
- Document processes and issues accurately
- Visual inspection, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality checks, and inventory
- Make informed decisions within the scope of responsibilities
- Work closely with others to achieve shared goals
- Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Follow standard procedures and interpret customer work instructions
