About the team
The Director, 3rd Party Marketing Partnerships is responsible for owning strategic relationships with our key 3rd party affiliate and referral partners, with the ultimate goal of improving the demand quality of those partnerships and driving EBITDA growth for Angi. They will also be the face of Angi for our external lead generation partners. Responsibilities include optimizing and monitoring KPIs and program performance, owning relationships with our senior partnership stakeholders, and working internally as well as externally to keep our goals on track and ensure Angi’s goals and objectives are being met. Through strong partnership management, channel analysis, quality and product initiatives, the Director of 3rd Party Marketing Partners will be responsible for increasing lead quality improvements and EBITA optimization across Angi’s Lead Generation Partners.
What you’ll do
- Work alongside partners and your team to ensure positive business performance, strong quality, and adoption to new tools & offers on the Angi affiliate platform
- Hold partners accountable and on-track to meet our quality metrics and standards, as well as meet any key internal deadlines or launches
- Develop a deep understanding of how our largest partnerships function from an end-to-end experience perspective and a monetization perspective
- Drive initiatives that will improve the experience for our customers, improve Angi’s profitability, or will better standardize how we work with our 3rd party partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine requirements and evaluate new features to improve quality and/or grow the business
- Proactively communicate information upwards and anticipate communication needs
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
- 8-10 or more years of experience, with a proven track record of managing large, strategic partnerships (experience working with 3rd party marketing partners / affiliates a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and “client hands”
- Experience with negotiating and renegotiating large, strategic partnership terms
- High organizational ability and attention to detail
- Desire to roll up sleeves and execute with the ability to juggle competing high-priority projects
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to dig into the data to create strategy, pinpoint issues and translate results into recommendations
- Passion for creating an amazing experience for contractors and consumers
- A self starter who can work independently and proactively plan their own schedule
- Ability to dig deep into processes and identify areas for improvement
- Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects
- Demonstrate proactivity in analysis, action and communication. Anticipate risks/problems and develop mitigation plans preemptively
- A bias toward action: preferring to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges $175,000 - $225,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
