We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Security who will report to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Compliance. This role will be responsible for designing and developing the organization’s Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) strategies and security architecture.

Role:

  • Provide advisory and expertise to securely design and deploy Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and operational technology
  • Lead security analysis of the architecture and infrastructure of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA / DCS / DMS / IoT)
  • Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for ICS
  • Create and maintain cybersecurity reference architectures, in line with industry best practice
  • Serve as the central point of contact between manufacturing and the Cybersecurity organization
  • Responsible for the governance, risk assessment, architecture and incident response coordination within the manufacturing environment
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing security policies, standards and best practices aligned with government requirements
  • Perform risk management and mitigation planning to ensure business continuity
  • Acts as a Manufacturing Subject Matter Resource (SMR) to provide the Cybersecurity organization with insight to Manufacturing’s security capabilities, technologies, critical business services, and compliance to cybersecurity policies and standards
  • Escalates perceived risks to the organization when necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience of working in cybersecurity with advanced knowledge of cyber security domains, such as OT/ICS security architecture
  • Experience with NIST CSF and its application in OT environments
  • 2+ years’ experience with  OT cyber frameworks, such as NIST 800-82 or ISA62443
  • Experience performing OT security assessments utilizing an industry accepted standard
  • Experience securing ICS, such as PLC, SCADA, DCS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience, post Graduate degree a plus
  • Certified in one or more of the following: CCSP, CISM, CISSP, GICSP
  • Automobile and/or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • An analytical demeanor, strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across Lucid
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical personnel

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.·       California (Bay Area) - $165,000 - $236,500
