JOB SUMMARY

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a versatile, analytical Master Electrician to champion this hybrid position with 3 main responsibilities. First, this position will supervise the electrical assembly operations for our Pre-Assembly, Operator-House and Line-Equipment teams. Second, this position will function as the Program Administrator of the NCCER apprenticeship school for the electrical assembly shop's manufacturing enterprise. Finally, this role is responsible for providing electrical safety training to employees at Leitner-Poma of America, Inc.

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $25.48-$32.21per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Master Electrician’s License for the state of Colorado.
• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E).
• Ability to travel as needed, domestically and internationally with appropriate travel documents.
• Ability to operate company vehicles as needed, with a valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced certifications in specialized fields (i.e. transportation systems, industrial automation, or energy efficiency).
• 2 or more years of supervisory experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale electrical projects from planning to execution and timely completion.
• Specialized electrical/safety training certificates through programs like OSHA, ASSP, and NFPA.
