Jr. Federal Business Development & Capture Analyst

IntegrityM is seeking a junior- to mid-level Federal Business Development & Capture Analyst for professional services to join our sales team. The Federal BD & Capture Analyst will serve as a resource in government capture, reporting to the SVP, Business Development. This includes researching new opportunities in a periodically refreshed capture pipeline, contributing to development and execution of capture plans, and supporting business development and proposal activities where they overlap with the capture space. Responsibilities

• Continually analyze opportunities and recommend next steps for individual captures based on new information
• Identify opportunities through agency research, 3rd party market intelligence tools, client and partner networks
• Qualify opportunities based on company criteria and priorities
• Communicate and track overall capture progress and client/partner engagement to SVP, Business Development
• Recommend organizations, clients, partners and individuals for management team to engage with to build relationships
• Analyze agencies within adjacent markets against corporate strategy
• Recommend agencies and contracts for targeted capture
• Provide inputs to win theme development, solutions development, competitive assessments, teaming strategies, pricing strategy recommendations.
• Attend and report on conferences and events aligned with market research/opportunity capture

• 1-2 years’ experience in Federal Health contracting/sales
• Bachelors degree
