Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Contributing actively to an international project team driving global HR transformation projects
• Leading and mentoring a team of business experts, fostering collaboration and professional development
• Designing, enhancing and standardising global recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, scalability and compliance with business needs and local regulations
• Harmonising and optimising business processes through innovative IT solutions, leveraging Workday capabilities to support strategic HR objectives
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align process templates with the organisation’s HR ambitions
• Leading the planning and execution of workshops as well as rollout activities in a complex international environment, driving user adoption and readiness

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Strong background in retail store operations, ideally as a regional sales manager or in a comparable position
• Professional fluency in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting and HR processes with the ability to align them to business objectives and local compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimising processes and driving innovation through technology
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives successfully

 

Desirable extras.

• Exposure to cloud-based HR systems
• Experience in applying agile methodologies for project execution
• German language skills are a bonus
