As a Senior Documentation Specialist, you will be the backbone of program integrity—ensuring our refugee services meet contractual requirements, maintain regulatory compliance, and reflect the exceptional quality that defines Samaritas. Your work will directly support frontline teams, elevate organizational performance, and strengthen outcomes for those we serve.

Provide support to Refugee programs across the state in the areas of quality assurance, training and program compliance with program service objectives, organizational quality, audits and integrity initiatives of Samaritas. Reviews and analyzes program documentation to ensure compliance with contractual regulations and agency quality standards.

Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree required, in social or human services related field preferred
Experience
- One year of experience in a social services or related field required
- Two years of experience in a quality analyst role preferred
Additional Work Requirements
- Ability to work extended work hours
- Automobile travel required. Valid unrestricted driver’s license with good driving record. Valid proof of automobile insurance required
- Ability to travel to program locations
