Responsibilities

Drive the company’s IT Risk and Compliance projects/programs with cross-functional teams, including defining and managing project/program roadmaps and milestones, key performance metrics (KPIs) and success criteria, planning program launches, and reporting program status to relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Develop organization-wide privacy and data protection policies and processes, and work with cross-functional teams to develop tooling to support and increase the efficiency of processes.

Coordinate and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Data Subject Request orchestration tools to ensure compliance with privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA and LGPD.

Influence and collaborate across organizations including engineering, product, security, legal, compliance, finance, and others to effectively build commitment with execution teams, negotiate competing requirements, ensure alignment and program progress, and improve processes.

Communicate program plans, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Partner with leadership to identify and solve cross-functional challenges.

Own the collaboration process and tools and find ways to improve process in a data-driven manner.

Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master.

Ensure new products/platforms/features/applications release to the market smoothly.
