Field Marketing Manager - Remote

The NA Growth Marketing team is a data-driven team responsible for designing and executing marketing programs that drive strategic cross-selling, customer acquisition, and customer retention. Our focus is on building solid demand programs using data insights to create and accelerate pipeline.

You will bring a creative spirit and understanding of the end-to-end B2B marketing funnel and sales cycles. This role is ideal for someone who loves working cross-functionally to educate, engage, and excite the market.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Designing demand programs in support of Akamai's go-to-market strategy
• Working with the NA team to create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities
• Collaborating with sales leaders and digital, channel, and product marketers to execute programs and drive engagement
• Delivering against KPIs that align to the demand funnel
• Presenting marketing plans, activities, and program results to stakeholders on a regular basis
• Evaluating programs to draw insights about how to optimize future go-to-market efforts

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 8+ years of marketing experience within a high-tech environment and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar area
• Have previous success managing complex marketing programs
• Possess expertise in delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline with lead generation tactics
• Have solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Have the ability to take a collaborative approach with the ability to prioritize and solve problems
• Have previous experience with Healthcare Life Sciences is a plus but not required
