Four 9-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift per week
Start time: 7:45 AM
One day per week: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Cardiology – Methodist Professional Centers
High-volume practice serving approximately 120 patients per day
Preferred Experience
Medical Assistant (MA) experience is preferred due to the fast-paced nature of the practice
Position Summary
This role supports the efficient operation of a busy cardiology practice by supervising office functions and team members. Responsibilities include oversight of transcription, scheduling, billing and collections, and medical records management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and evaluate office staff
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, billing, transcription, and records
Ensure compliance with medical and administrative protocols
Support physicians and staff in delivering high-quality patient care
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent years of experience)
5–7 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
Prior experience in an office supervisory role is required
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and advanced coding principles
