About the role

Assists Office Manager with overseeing physician practice by supervising, training, developing and evaluating support staff.  Assists with supervising office functions such as customer service, billing and coding issues, EPRs, EMR and scheduling.  Collaborating with service line management and other departments to improve the overall practice efficiency, patient care and patient access.  Assists Office Manager and leadership team with additional tasks as requested.  Assists in overseeing the Destination Services Advanced Endoscopy program and perform data and analytics tracking for the program, along with the management of other administrative team members within the service line. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Requires knowledge of medical terminology and advanced billing and coding principles.
• Requires experience in an office supervisory position.
