We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blue Yonder Senior Software Developer/Lead to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in Blue Yonder technical development and architecture and be an expert in the subject matter.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our clients on Blue Yonder projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design and develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Blue Yonder products. This position is a client-facing role, and you will be expected to build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Blue Yonder technical development and architecture, providing technical leadership and guidance to clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Design and develop technical solutions using Blue Yonder products to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and project plans.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during project implementation.
  • Provide training and support to clients on Blue Yonder products.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Blue Yonder technology and make recommendations for improvements to client projects.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS software development and technical architecture.
  • Strong technical expertise in Blue Yonder products, including TMS, WMS, and SCM.
  • Must have strong MOCA technical knowledge and experience writing code that supports the MOCA Framework
  • Experience in design of Blue Yonder (BY) WMS Integrator structure and backend code base for Inbound and Outbound integrations
  • MOCA architecture and knowledge of the various sub systems of BY WMS
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
  • Must have knowledge of DevOps for building CI/CD pipelines
  • Must have knowledge and experience using JIRA and GIT
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain solution ecosystems (i.e. – Order Management Systems, Inventory Systems, Planning, and Transportation Management Systems)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay Transparency & EEO

At Accellor, we believe in equitable compensation. The base salary for this position is $80,000 to $180,000 with potential additional annual bonuses aligned with key performance metrics.
