Junior Systems Administrator

The primary responsibility of the JR Systems Administrator is to help maximize our efficiency from our Quality Assurance NLP tool. This includes onboarding users, offboarding, and updating user profiles and permissions. In addition, the JR Systems Administrator is responsible for troubleshooting bugs, building reporting dashboards, and submitting feedback to improve the AI’s effectiveness.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Daily administration and maintenance of multiple tools with a focus on Level AI 
• Analyze and propose system configuration changes to business partners and end users
• User onboarding and permissions management
• Provide technical support for proper multi-system functionality, troubleshoot system errors or bugs
• Increasing the AI’s effectiveness through submitting feedback and building new topic sets
• Act as a liaison with the Quality tool vendor to identify and troubleshoot problems
• Update, create and maintain rubrics and agent rosters
• Build custom reports and dashboards, recommend and build reporting views for additional insights not yet explored 
• Participate in meetings and document agenda tasks/notes with various stakeholders, aid in translating business requirements into technical requirements
• Create and track ticketing requests, and answer technical and configuration questions as needed.
• Create and maintain system design documentation for the administration role.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to other employees as necessary

 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of sound decision-making and ability to work autonomously
• Basic Excel skills such as V-Look up, pivot tables
• Experience with Apple and Windows Desktop Operating Systems
• A willingness to develop expertise in new technologies as needed
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years experience with NLP tools required, preferably Level AI, Medallia, or Qualtrics

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$60,000—$96,000 USD
