Job Summary:
The Compliance Professional 2 drives the processes and enforcement of government clearances (Automated Data Processing [ADP], Position of Public Trust), contractually required by the TRICARE Systems Manuel (TSM). This role requires a strong partnership with DHA and internal stakeholders. The Compliance Professional 2 must possess the ability to think critically and solve complex problems, as issues arise.
The Compliance Professional 2 is responsible as the subject matter expert to ensure the successful operation of the NBIS (National Background Investigation Services) process for ADP Positions of Public Trusts and CAC (Common Access Card) issuances.

Process NBIS and CAC Requests
- Develop and conduct continuous auditing and monitoring of the NBIS and CAC processes to exceed all government contractual guidelines.
- Partner closely with DHA to ensure timely completion of NBIS and CAC requests.
- Display dynamic communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills to establish and maintain relationships with business leaders, customers, and third parties.
- Handle NBIS and CAC escalations.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail for fingerprints.
- Coordinate on-site fingerprint appointments for local applicants.

Metrics and Reporting
- Design and report Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Utilize robust reporting to measure progress and provide status updates.

- Identify and execute process enhancements that removes manual effort and automates the NBIS and CAC process.
- Execute process improvement or process design to introduce efficiency and cross-function capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be local to Louisville, KY or willing to relocate at their own cost.
Required Experience:
- 2 years or more experience in working with systems, personnel compliance, background investigations, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to enter data with high accuracy.
