Savings Account Administrative RepresentativeThe pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

40What You’ll Be DoingWorking under general supervision, Savings Account Administration Specialists are subject matter experts (SMEs) in time sensitive account administration, legal related services and regulatory oversight, by acting as a first hand resource, decision maker and offering solutions.- Researches current laws and regulations through multiple web base applications, websites, journals, publications and manuals, which include various state and federal government agencies for compliance and regulatory purposes.
- Ability to assist team members with immediate technical, operational or legal support and resolution for all products and services.
- Responsible for oversight of and for providing direct assistance to Members, team members, government agencies, legal offices and other financial institutions regarding issues related to the maintenance and vesting of all credit union accounts including legal inquiries, levies, dormant accounts, power of attorney, record changes, W8 and W9, escheat, Back-Up withholdings (B and C-notice) processing, savings bonds, deceased accounts, review and approval of all new and existing Association/Organization/Club/Memorial/Political daily and monthly dividend check distribution and processing and other similar functions.
- Identify and assist with prioritizing streamline efforts and identifying risk with frontline and back office processes and procedures.
- Manage escalated and complex calls or concerns by providing rapid resolution, including making decisions and offering alternative solutions.
- Work closely with Member Contact Center and Branches by providing guidance, training support and expertise of products and services, to enhance overall service levels.
- Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services by assessing the Member's needs, addressing their concerns and gaining agreement.

- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of previous related experience required
