529 Education Savings Consultant Multi-lingual

The Education Savings Consultant Multi-lingual position delivers a variety of investment services and products that facilitate the college savings process while catering to clients from linguistically diverse backgrounds. Under moderate supervision, this job utilizes multilingual skills and serves as the primary contact for multilingual clients to assist in their college savings needs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support AUM growth goals by educating and guiding prospects through our process.
- Educate individuals about 529 Plans and deliver on the 529 Workplace Savings Program, ensuring client satisfaction and program success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various business partners to increase awareness and adoption of the 529 program.
- Consults with portfolio managers and financial advisors and develops frameworks that evaluate tuition (e.g., 529) savings plans.
- Analyzes the tuition financing market and utilizes benchmarks to educate prospects on college savings options.
- Gathers data on college tuition costs and identifies variables that may affect college savings goals.
- Organizes 529 savings plan materials and presents options to clients for Education Savings.
- Conducts research and reviews market analysis reports.
- Serves as the point of contact for 529 college savings solutions.

- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
- SRC Indicator: Series 6 or 7; Series 63

Requirements:
- 2+ Years Sales experience
- Proven experience in a client facing role, with a focus on relationship building.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with high-level stakeholders.

Anticipated Posting End Date:
2024-06-28Base Pay Range: $67,600/yr. - $96,400/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
