In this role, you will collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and Strategic Sourcing teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with commodity roadmaps, project milestones, and long-term business objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring suppliers are selected, engaged, and prepared to support new product introductions while balancing cost, quality, delivery, and risk.</p><p></p><p><b>Your mission:</b> to develop and execute sourcing strategies that enable successful new product launches by ensuring supplier readiness, optimizing costs, mitigating supply chain risks, and delivering critical program milestones on time.</p><p>Join us in helping shape the future of aerospace by supporting innovative products from concept through production.</p><p></p><p><b>This remote position is based at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.</b></p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs while aligning with commodity strategies and long-term supply chain objectives.</li><li>Partner with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Strategic Sourcing teams to support supplier selection, program milestones, and successful product launches.</li><li>Drive supplier engagement and readiness activities to ensure on-time execution of new product development and production ramp-up.</li><li>Evaluate supplier capabilities, cost competitiveness, and supply chain risks to support strategic sourcing decisions and business objectives.</li><li>Support cost management initiatives by analyzing supplier quotations and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve sourcing, technical, and delivery issues impacting program execution.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance throughout the product development lifecycle and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and executive updates to communicate sourcing progress, supplier readiness, and program risks.</li><li>Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools to manage sourcing activities, supplier data, and program documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Occasionally travel to the Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico site to support project teams, supplier activities, and key program milestones as business needs require.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications You Must Have: </b></p><ul><li>A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).</li><li>U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications We Prefer:</b></p><ul><li>Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), product development, or program launch activities.</li><li>Project or Program Management experience within Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain environments.</li><li>Knowledge of cost management, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing principles.</li><li>Experience working with electronic components or electronics commodity suppliers.</li><li>SAP experience or proficiency.</li><li>Demonstrated business acumen with a focus on cost optimization and supplier performance.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We Offer: </b></p><p><b>Some of our competitive benefits package includes:</b> </p><ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees </li><li>Generous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds</li><li>Participation in the Employee Scholar Program (ESP) </li><li>Life insurance and disability coverage </li><li>Employee Assistance Plan, including up to 8 free counseling sessions </li><li>And more! </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Learn More & Apply Now!</b></p><p></p><p><b>Operations, Supply Chain and EH&S:</b></p><p></p><p>The next chapter of our future as an aerospace company is here, a
