The Associate Marketing Manager is a member of the Partner Marketing team, and will develop, execute, and support a marketing roadmap for several strategic technology platform partners. This includes market research, marketing plan development, execution and project management, and measurement to support branding and awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement. Tactics will include content marketing (web, blogs, social media, videos), speaking and publishing, events, sponsorships, case studies, and other promotional and sales activities aimed at maximizing the exposure and impact of our aligned partners. We are looking for a driven individual to proactively provide perspectives, opinions, and recommendations on ways to best market our partner related solutions.
- Develop, execute, and support a marketing plan that promotes our strategic partner solutions
- Identify trends, research competitors’ go-to-market approach, and develop sales and marketing assets
- Help drive initiatives, both internally and externally, that showcase our partner practices expertise and the value they bring to clients
- Write and produce content for marketing and sales purpose and possess a working understanding of messaging and positioning content to reach a target market and nurture opportunities
- Work closely with Perficient’s practice leadership, as well as other members of the Marketing team, to produce marketing material, including client case studies, videos, website content, blog content, and events
- Help enable internal sales team through the development of sales tools and collateral
- Measure and report on campaign success, using that information to develop future campaigns
- Lead the marketing portion of internal leadership calls and communicate content in progress/completed, upcoming events, and action items for the team.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing.
- 5-6 years (minimum) in Marketing.
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- English communication skills: Business Level.
- Positive attitude.
- Teamwork oriented.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $43,000 to $62,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
