Job Description

HII- Mission Technologies is looking for a Program Personnel Security Lead to work in Honolulu, HI. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provides technical security support to for government and DoD programs. 
• Interpreting, implementing and administering security policy
• Monitoring management of personnel access quotas program access request processing 
• First tier adjudication performance and periodic reinvestigation processing and conducting program indoctrinations and debriefins. 
• Perform classification review of outgoing documents, electronic media and equipment; 
• Assist in the development of classification guidance; 
• Advice on facility design review and construction criteria; 
• Assemble data for preparation of physical security Inspectable Space Determination (TEMPEST) packages, AIS and physical security packages; 
• Develop and implement facility operating procedures; prepare Co-Utilization Agreements; 
• Maintain physical security, AIS, and TEMPEST records; 
• Administer OPSEC process to determine appropriate countermeasures; 
• Receives direction from the Government PSO.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting, implementing, and administering security policies and procedures for government and DoD programs. 
• Experience with personnel security access controls, including quotas, program access requests, adjudication, and reinvestigations. 
• Experience conducting security briefings and debriefings for program personnel. 
• Proven ability to perform classification reviews of outgoing documents, electronic media, and equipment. 
• Working knowledge of facility security design and construction criteria. 
• Experience preparing security packages
• Ability to develop and implement facility security operating procedures. 
• Strong understanding of Operational Security (OPSEC) principles and practices
• Clearance- Must posses and maintain a SECRET clearance with the ability to get a TS/SCI
