This position is for an experienced Service Coordinator who is familiar with home service industry type jobs. Experience scheduling jobs with Service Titan is a must. Knowledge of carpentry, siding, drywall, painting or home improvement project coordination is a plus. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to incoming calls, texts, chats, emails and social media messages in a fast paced environment 
• Utilize Service Titan to coordinate and schedule service calls based on technician availability, customer priority, and location
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any concerns or inquiries
• Provide job material ordering and delivery support
• Work with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing Service Titan

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• An expert level knowledge of Service Titan job creation and scheduling
• Proficient in phone and messaging etiquette and effective communication skills
• Previous contact center experience a plus
• Adept at utilizing Microsoft or Google office productivity applications (Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Attention to detail and great organizational habits are mandatory
