Pay: $192,000-$500,000
Status: Full-Time (4 Days)
Compensation &Benefits:
- Ownership opportunity in 2 years
- Fee for service practice
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- CE Allowance up to $10,000/year
- 2 weeks of Paid time off
- Three to six-month guaranteed base rate (DOE) of $1,100 per day or-
- 30-34% of Net Production, whichever is greater
- Hi-tech/spa-like private practice

Requirements
- Active Dental License
- Ability to work full-time in Altoona, WI
