Content & Digital Marketing Intern, On-Site

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing them to identify their professional interests.

Interested applicants must be available during the 11-week program (May 27th – Aug. 8th, 2025). This position is on-site at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.

The Content & Digital Marketing Intern will directly assist the Corporate Marketing department with a wide range of projects related to elevating the Allied Solutions brand and better understanding of the role and gain hands-on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of marketing and communications.

Job Duties and Responsibilities    

Content + PR Support 

• Assist in laying out event and webinar presentation decks 

• Assist in researching content and formulating outlines for The Allied Angle podcast 

• Assist in content tracking and reporting activities 

Digital Support 

• Assist in social media content creation and scheduling, including SundaySky videos 

• Prepare and proof new website content, and build new webpages on corporate website 

• Assist in digital KPI tracking and reporting activities 

Additional Responsibilities 

• Add chapters/show notes to Allied Angle podcast episodes 

• Assist scheduling and coordinating studio support as needed 

• Manage project timelines and studio scheduling, as needed  

• Other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA) 

• Incoming college senior working towards advanced degree 

• Ability to manage deadlines  

• Ability to multitask  

• Must have prepared portfolio to present for interviews   

• Strong written and oral communication skills 

• Ability to prioritize
