In this role you will be accountable for all areas of the Installation, Service & Modernization businesses, including P&L, sales & operations, customer satisfaction, as well as being an inspiring leader for the branch. 

What does a typical day look like?

• Leading every day regarding our absolutes: Safety, Ethics & Quality
• Motivating, mentoring and developing a team of office and field-based employees
• Driving financial performance and managing Profit & Loss
• Improving efficiencies within all areas, including route optimization and effective allocation of resources
• Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to create and execute the sales strategy to increase profitability and market share
• Building our customer portfolio, creating successful, long-lasting relationships
• Driving transformation initiatives in line with the Operating Unit roadmap
