We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, well organized workplace. This part time role (approximately 20–24 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment. This position is fully on site at our Charlotte, NC office; remote work is not available.

What You'll be Doing:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and vendors
- Providing general administrative support to office staff and leadership
- Coordinating maintenance and service requests
- Managing office and kitchen supply inventory and placing orders
- Assisting with planning and coordinating office events and meetings
- Sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail and packages
- Scanning, filing, and organizing documents (physical and digital)
- Running local office errands as needed
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with HR related tasks and special projects assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 1–2 years of administrative, office support, or related experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, dependable, and team oriented mindset
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and support daily office operations
