You will act as a strategic thought leader, guiding your team to deliver flawless execution, while ensuring that designs align with business goals by collaborating closely with your cross-functional peers.

The Consumer Journeys design team within PayPal is responsible for the consumer facing experience originating at merchant sites, through Checkout and all the post-purchase journeys leading to and within the consumer app.
 

The Purchase Pillar of Consumer Journeys is responsible for all checkout experiences across PayPal including our flagship branded checkout, our new guest checkout product – Fastlane, and our rapidly growing Pay with Venmo initiative. In this role you will manage design for the Branded Checkout team.
