Additionally, we are proud to be the <strong>first Italian multinational to be certified among the Global “Leading Employers” 2024</strong>. This recognition spans all 26 countries where we operate.</p> <p> </p> <p>For our Global Headquarters in <strong>Milan</strong>,<strong> </strong>Amplifon is looking for a talented person to support definition and implementation of suppliers’ ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) framework including:</p> <ul> <li>Assessment and monitoring of suppliers’ ESG risks and sustainability practices, including risk mapping and assessments follow ups.</li> <li>Management of Amplifon’s Supplier Code of Conduct (ScoC) acceptance process</li> <li>Management internal and external reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sustainable procurement, at country and global level</li> <li>Implementation and management of data collection of suppliers’ key ESG information, including carbon footprint and sustainability-related certifications/best practices.</li> </ul> <p><br/><strong>Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? </strong></p> <p>We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You’ll be in charge of:  </strong></p> <p>Manage ESG Assessments of suppliers including risk mapping, questionnaires completion request, scoring and action plans of suppliers.</p> <ul> <li>Define and publish corporate procedure for Amplifon’s Suppliers ESG Framework, including scope and criteria of applicability, prioritization approach and definition of suppliers’ ESG minimum requirements </li> <li>Identify and apply solutions to improve accuracy of GHG (Greenhouse gases) accounting methodology, related to procurement and supply chain activities</li> <li>Support implementation of data collection process and governance to collect, analyse and report suppliers’ key ESG information (including GHG, Certifications, Policies, etc.) in alignment with latest EU Directives (CSRD)</li> <li>Support roll out of new supplier introduction process in alignment with stakeholders needs, in collaboration with IT and Transformation function</li> <li>Identify applicable sustainable procurement best practices from Countries and support roll-out at Global level</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Curious about who you'll be working with?
