Friedrichshafen, Aschau, Aschaffenburg or Munich.</p> <p> </p> <p>About the Team:</p> <p>Sales Systems &amp; Processes is the global governance function over all sales &amp; market-related IT applications and business processes. Its intercultural team serves as interface and project manager between the sales organization, internal &amp; external IT developers, other functions in the Passive Safety organization and our customers. Key objective is to create a lean and pProductive working environment which ideally supports sales teams and other functions in their daily work, assures high quality standards and customer satisfaction.<br/>  </p> <p>What you can look forward to as Global Sales Reporting &amp; Digitalization Officer (m/f/d): </p> <ul> <li>Responsible for global sales &amp; market reporting for Passive Safety Systems (PSS)</li> <li>Continuous improvement of market reporting and the sales cockpit based on Microsoft Power-BI &amp; Power-Apps</li> <li>Ensure smooth transition &amp; go-live of corporate sales reporting in standalone organization coordinating PSS &amp; corp. stakeholders</li> <li>Build up new reporting solutions including relevant performance metrics &amp; KPIs for Sales supporting PSS business objectives, performance reviews and management committees</li> <li>Establish cross-functional connection of sales systems, contribute to divisional toolchain approach and the global definition of information standards for PSS</li> <li>Analyze and structure data storage, usage &amp; flow across all sales systems, build up a holistic tool landscape and define clear data hosts &amp; responsibilities (“single source of truth”) </li> <li>Drive digitalization by identifying manual, paper-based, redundant data processing and replace it by digital, automatized &amp; lean solutions </li> <li>Independent project management and control of internal and external IT partners </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we expect from you as Global Sales Reporting &amp; Digitalization Officer (m/f/d):  </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or Master in business informatics, business administration or industrial engineering with strong IT background</li> <li>5 years of working experience in similar area (IT, controlling, reporting, digitalization, consulting)</li> <li>Profound skills in Microsoft Power-BI, Power-Apps and SAP Analysis</li> <li>Experience in database handling &amp; connections (esp.
