You’ll advise Leadership and HR to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with business goals.<br/> You will report to the Chief People Officer in Orkla Health.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span><span><span>Main </span></span></span></b><b><span><span><span>Responsibilities</span></span></span></b><b><span><span><span>:</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Develop and implement a global reward strategy that encompasses salary structures, bonus incentives, and employee benefits, to keep us competitive across markets.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Lead initiatives such as salary reviews, pay benchmarking, and bonus plans for Orkla Health’s leadership teams – ensuring fairness across roles, geographies, and genders, while staying compliant with local labor laws and regulations. </span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Create and manage dashboards for real-time insights on workforce demographics, compensation trends, and other metrics to ensure high quality input for reporting (e.g. CSRD) and leverage informed decisions.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br/>  </li> </ul> <p><span><span><span><b><span><span><span>We believe the ideal candidate has the following qualifications:</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational leadership/HR, Business Administration, Finance or other related field.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in compensation and benefits.
