Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position will help support the end-to-end Hire to Retire processes, as well as the portfolio of products, systems, and services that are delivered from and through our HR function and Global Business Services (GBS) organization.</p> <p>This position partners closely with the subject matter experts (SMEs) within the HR function, technical experts within the IT function, and the GBS teams in Romania and Milwaukee.</p> <p> </p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Resolves process and technology issues as surfaced through the HR Tech Inbox or Service Now tickets.  Involves other areas and expertise as needed to expedite resolution.</li> <li>Confirms that process maps are fit for purpose and updated when changes are identified.</li> <li>Ensures operating procedures are established to support execution; includes creation and maintenance of training manuals to align with process changes and support sustainment and on-going user adoption while working with stakeholders in the process knowledge development and recognition of Expert user community and end user needs.</li> <li>Interact with respective GBS center process leads to collectively define, measure, and optimize sub-processes across the enterprise ensuring that this optimization does not impact the overall end-to-end process functionality. </li> <li>Contribute to process and system deployments in business functions.</li> <li>Partners with a specific subset of our HR function and GBS organization to identify, fix, and learn from issues while  proactively solutioning to train users and HR practitioners.</li> <li>Provide production support, including researching, troubleshooting and resolving HR systems problems like report generation, documentation of process &amp; system changes, management of system and data integrity including quality, accuracy, and usability of data and related interfaces</li> <li>Collaborates on larger implementations, or leads smaller implementations, process improvements and innovative globally consistent solutions with the coordination of HR Stakeholders and IT team.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>SKILLS &amp; RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of working with HR systems in a professional setting</li> <li>Advanced Excel</li> <li>Ability to manage complexity and to work collaboratively </li> <li>General systems and technical knowledge SuccessFactors - troubleshooting; process enhancements; system configuration</li> <li>Demonstrate effective influence &amp; collaboration within and beyond the GBS/HR function and throughout the organization</li> <li>Problem solver by proactively offering solutions and digging deep to find resolutions</li> <li>Proven success working independently, as a member of a cross-functional team and collaborative core team member</li> <li>Continuous improvement mindset in qualitative and quantitative methods</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Work experience other systems such as Dayforce, Workday;</li> </ul> <p><br/> #LI-Hybrid</p> <p> </p> <p>At Molson Coors we seek diversity.
