Senior Software Engineer

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Customer Experience, Sales and Services (CxSS) group within Home Lending / Consumer Technology. This team is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing features that support Sales Acceleration initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 2+ year of experience working with PCF and other cloud platforms

• 3+ years of database experience developing data solutions

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of OCP migration experience is a big plus

• 2+ years of experience working with API frameworks

• Knowledge of Elastic, Splunk, 12factor app, and highly scalable solutions is desirable

• Experience working with API Integrations with third party products/vendors

Job Expectations:

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
