The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

• You will help Moloco build the highest quality mobile Ads SDK and related products that allow publishers (app developers) to monetize their apps. The SDK has a direct impact on Moloco’s revenue, and your efforts will be critical to the success of the product. You will set the groundwork for Moloco’s mobile testing. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with various teams and functions within the company, and may entail direct engagement with external customers.

The Opportunity:

• Design, develop, and build test frameworks to automate testing for Moloco’s mobile Ads SDK and the publisher portal.
• Stay current with the latest platform updates for iOS, Android, and web, making sure that quality is maintained.
• Own creation of test plans, and be responsible for sign-offs before releases.
• Contribute to team expansion by offering valuable feedback and mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams spread across global offices to innovate new features and functionalities for our customers.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer, with a focus on mobile testing.
• Strong proficiency in mobile testing frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, iOS XCUITest, Android UiAutomator2, or Android Espresso.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of additional testing tools and frameworks.
• Previous experience working on projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience working with and leading a team of manual testers.
