Job Description

As the Team Lead Recruiting you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Scalable by overseeing both day-to-day recruitment operations and contributing to long-term strategic talent acquisitions initiatives. You will be responsible for managing a team, but also expected to work hands-on in the hiring of key roles.

Your key responsibilities are: 

• Lead a team of recruiters & recruiting coordinators and provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to the recruiting team
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a targeted approach, efficiency  and excellence in attracting and selecting the best talent
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide first-class recruiting support and advice on hiring strategy
• Operate as an expert in industry best practices, monitoring new trends and opportunities
• Analyze and implement process improvements, compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans
• Ensure 100 % recruiting data accuracy; track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine the effectiveness of all recruiting activities
• Initiate talent acquisition projects & events with the purpose of continuously improving the quality of our recruitment processes and strengthening our employer brand

Qualifications

• Several years of recruiting experience gained in an in-house role with recruiting leadership experience considered a plus
• Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within leadership groups and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated track record of building relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
• Strong record in attracting and hiring talent, ideally already experience in tech recruiting
• Hands-on mentality & embracing the need for continuous change in a high-growth scale-up
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; German is a plus
