Job Role 

The CRAC position is integral to the research conducted at Adams Clinical. As a liaison between clinicians and research coordinators, participants, and healthcare providers, a successful applicant will work directly with treatment seeking populations scheduling, educating, and assisting participants to foster seamless flow of office visits and operations. This is an in-person position at our location near Dallas, TX with the opportunity to transition to remote work after 6-12 weeks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Complete appointment reminders and provide appointment information for visitors to the office to support appointment attendance 
  • Arrange transportation to and from the office using healthcare dedicated transportation portals (UberHealth and Lyft Concierge) to ensure visitors are picked-up and dropped-off correctly. Monitor each portal during pick-up and drop-off to identify missed rides and call riders to re-book trip. 
  • Place calls, texts, and emails to potential study participants who missed or rescheduled their appointment to help them arrange a new appointment time and maintain their visit progress in coordination with office staff 
  • Contribute to the outreach team by answering inbound calls, texts, and emails, triaging inquiries, and directing select calls to other office teams 
  • Promote Adams Clinical to build relationships with potential study participants to ensure retention 
  • Review feedback from clinicians and clinical research coordinators and suggest improvements to screening process and marketing approach 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college Required
  • Fluent in English
  • Great interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills 

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00
