About the role: The Business Systems Analyst III – Intelligent Automation (IA) CoE, will partner with Finance and other functions to deliver reporting and analytic insights that help drive informed business decisions and support key BSC Financial data and reporting initiatives. This role is expected to lead reporting & analytics projects, drive process improvements through standardization, process automation and process optimization using lean principles. The preferred candidate is an individual with strong analytical, communication, project management, process improvement and business partnership skills. The ideal candidate works best within a team environment, is a self-starter, is capable of handling multiple projects, and is committed to quickly delivering high-quality services and solutions within deadlines. This position will report into GBS Senior Manager – Intelligent Automation CoE.
The Intelligent Automation CoE Team within GBS delivers innovative process automation and business intelligence solutions through collaboration with internal stakeholders to evaluate their defined business use cases. The IA team utilizes advanced data strategy tools to bring together structured and unstructured data to solve reporting and visualization needs of the business. We are seeking an individual who will work with IA Leadership and the technical development team to further the advancement of intelligent automation to deliver incremental value to Boston Scientific. This position will report into GBS Senior Manager – Intelligent Automation CoE.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with IT, Finance and our India Reporting CoE team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Corporate Daily Sales Reporting and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance, testing and data validation as well as project management for enhancements due to business requests or system changes.
- Support the development and implementation of globally standard Financial Reporting & Analytics solutions.
- Ensure continuous delivery, maintenance, and end user support for existing financial reporting solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for financial data initiatives.
- Continuous focus on enhancements, process improvements and automation to optimize efficiency and accuracy across our IA financial service offerings.
- Provide end user support, deliver training, and create and maintain process and technical documentation.
- Develop in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses of data.
- Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, analytic tools and dashboards to deliver actionable data to end users following agile methodologies and IA best practices.
- Work with the IA CoE team and business stakeholders on the ongoing development and production of reporting, analytic and process automation solutions, with the goals of:
- Driving real-time knowledge and decision-making
- Streamlining existing reporting tools in use
- Strategically automating dashboards and increasing functionalities
Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- 3-5 years working experience in a financial reporting or business analyst capacity.
- Proven analysis, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Experience with data analysis, data modeling and data cleansing.
- Strong financial acumen and business interaction/presentation skills.
- Demonstrated coordination and project management skills.
- Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, and team oriented.
- Detail oriented, critical thinker who is organized and a self-starter.
- Must be a quick learner and able to assertively engage with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adhere to tight deadlines.

- Global experience; exposure to regional and business unit management teams
- Experience with generating, analyzing, and delivering Sales reporting and Financial Managemen
