Job Title:

Global Fund Finance - Open-Ended Funds - BIP – Associate

Job Description:

• Responsible for day to day activities related to the fund accounting and reporting of open-ended and closed-ended core infrastructure funds administered externally
• Manage day to day activities of offshore team
• Coordinate with third party fund administrator
• Review quarterly NAV packages
• Prepare and submit fund metrics to be included in firm reporting
• Review quarterly and annual financial statements
• Calculate management fees, capital calls, distributions, waterfall allocations, time-weighted returns and IRRs
• Prepare and review expense allocations and payments
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit process
• Coordinate wire payments
• LP onboarding and investor requests
• Review fund governing documents
• Assist in building processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Participate in system migration and implementation
• Assist with ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• 4+ Years of public accounting and fund accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• Open-ended alternative investment fund experience a plus
• Investran experience a plus
• Advanced excel skills required
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills

Expected annual base salary range:

$105,000 - $150,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
