Multi-Family HVAC Service Technician

Description

LDI Mechanical, Inc. is currently looking for self-motivated individuals in the Multifamily HVAC industry to join our team of professionals. We are currently for a lead Start up and an Entry Level Start up technician. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

1+ years HVAC experience a plus

Able to work independently and full time, Monday – Friday (occasional weekends), year round

Perform Start up process on newly installed multi-family HVAC Hydronic, Heat Pump, VRV, VRF equipment

Ability to inspect, maintain and repair various HVAC equipment

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions

Troubleshoot/repair Hydronic Heating Systems

Assist with installation of new HVAC systems

EPA Certified

Clean DMV Record
