The Corporate Finance Advisory team in Limerick is seeking to recruit an ambitious Qualified professional to progress their career in a thriving, exciting deal-based environment in one of the world’s leading accountancy and advisory organisations. 
 
In this role, you will work in either or both of the Transaction Management team and the Valuations and Modelling team. With this role, you will be provided with the opportunity to in the high value Corporate Finance area. You will become an expert in areas which will open up a promotional pathway in the firm and underpin your career longevity at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement best practice CF communications
• Build a dynamically linked financial model for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Negotiating sale of assets in liquidations, receiverships and examinerships
• Identification, resolution and appropriate escalation of commercial issues.
• Preparation of restructuring proposals included detailed financial projections. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Qualified  accountant (or equivalent)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in a Corporate Finance function
• Strong attention to detail
