Description
- Analyzes network characteristics (e.g., traffic, connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes and throughput) and recommends procurement, removals and modifications to network components.
- Designs and optimizes network topologies and site configurations.
- Plans installations, transitions and cut-overs of network components and capabilities.
- Coordinates requirements with users and suppliers.
Requirements
Security Clearance: Active Secret
Certifications: Any one of the IAT Level II certifications (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
At least 3 years of experience.
