Job Description

Administrative Programs Manager - Mobile Crisis

Overview: This position focuses on supporting and overseeing mobile crisis programs, serving as a liaison between central agency headquarters and local offices to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and regulations. Responsibilities include conducting frequent on-site and virtual reviews of mobile crisis program operations, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring program compliance and quality assurance. The role involves providing technical assistance to contracted and DMH providers, serving as the initial point of contact for statewide provider support, and facilitating staff training on mobile crisis policies and procedures. Additional duties include collaborating with community partners, addressing local needs and challenges, and reporting findings and updates to the crisis team. This position is integral to the effective operation and improvement of mobile crisis services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Two years of professional experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
