About the role

We are looking to hire a CentraCare Director of Clinic Pediatrics!  It is a key leadership role in the overall management and supervision of Plaza Pediatrics and Pediatrics Same Day clinics, coordination of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), physicians and staff.   The Director will have primary responsibility and authority of day-to-day operations within the departments. This individual will work closely with the physicians, APPs, Section Director, Nursing Supervisor and team leads to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
 

This vital role is expected to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of clinic operations and be responsible for the retention and development of qualified staff and providers while enhancing communication and feedback. 

The Director will develop and implement department strategic vision and plans in alignment with Section and Organizational priorities, strategic vision, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  The position has responsibility for growth and development of the Pediatric Service Line and will establish a philosophy of family centered care into the operations and patient care practice. 


Schedule

  • Full time | 80 hours every two weeks
  • Monday-Friday | day shift | 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (flexible)
  • CentraCare Clinic | St. Cloud | on-site


Pay and Benefits

  • Starting pay begins at $110,385.85 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
  • Salary range: $110,385.85 - $165,611.63 per year
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • Full time benefit eligible:  benefits
  • Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in management or health science field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a management position in a medical setting required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to plan and coordinate the activities of the assigned areas required.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively express ideas and views.
  • Ability to apply analysis-based methodology to solve challenges.
  • Working knowledge of physician practice management.
  • Previous experience with quality and systems improvement preferred.
