<h3>Opis oferty pracy</h3><p><strong>What does this role involve:</strong></p><ul><li>Participating in creating strategy and setting direction of the activities of HR department (Administration, C&amp;B, Learning&amp;Development, Talent Acquisition, HRBP).</li><li>Creating reporting environment for HR (IBM Cognos, Google Cloud Platform, Data Studio, SAP, HRIS).</li><li>Collecting, structuring, analyzing and reporting of HR indicators and data.</li><li>Cooperating with IT Business Services team in designing and administering the systems.</li><li>Creating reports, self-service dashboards and data visualizations for various stakeholders (HR management, HRBP, Talent Acquisition team, etc.).</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>A hybrid work model. Experience with data visualization tools, like Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio).</li><li>Have experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research; are able to work with multiple sources of data.</li><li>Demonstrate strong execution capability: stand-alone, able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders.</li><li>Have well developed strategic thinking capability: are able to clarify a problem, analyze different possible scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to work out the recommended solution.</li><li>Demonstrate high flexibility and agility to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment.</li><li>Communicate fluently in English.</li></ul><p><strong>Send in your CV and see why it is #dobrzetubyć (#goodtobehere)</strong></p>
