Job Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Delivery Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology programs, driving innovation, and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Candidates must have:

• A strong technical background.
• A minimum of 1 year of fintech experience.
• Previous experience in lead roles is mandatory.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor cross-functional global technology teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Engage deeply with technologists across various stacks to ensure the successful design and implementation of complex technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors.
• Lead change management efforts during large-scale technology implementations, effectively managing risks and dependencies.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience leading technology teams and programs of varying sizes, from agile projects to large-scale transformations.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage with technologists at a deep level
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering measurable business value through technology.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in project management or cloud technologies are a plus.
