Senior Manager Membership/Loyalty (m/f/d)

<p> </p> <p>Your areas of responsibilities:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead the execution of CYBEX CRM Strategy</li> <li>Responsible for DTC engagement for online and offline consumers, CYBEX Club members</li> <li>Grow the CYBEX CRM data base and including developing new channels and partnerships to acquire CYBEX end-consumers</li> <li>Build on the CYBEX Club Loyalty Program, membership activation and rollout of additional benefits to engage with consumers</li> <li>Further develop CYBEX product and brand referral programs</li> <li>Understand digital analytics and reporting in CRM, including memberships, online and offline consumer data, and other digital related insights for the product, marketing, and commerce departments.</li> <li>Co-define membership KPIs and reporting and manage CRM/membership target setting, planning and execution</li> <li>Manage external partners and agencies while meeting budget constraints and deadlines</li> <li>Potential functional and disciplinary responsibility for direct reports</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your profile of qualifications:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience in Digital / CRM Marketing, Ecommerce, Retention Marketing and brand membership programs.</li> <li>Hands-on attitude with first experience in leadership and motivating a team</li> <li>Experience with salesforce products are a strong plus</li> <li>Able to manage projects with different financial budgets and performance objectives</li> <li>Proven ability to work with external vendors to deliver objectives</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams</li> <li>Experience with using Ecommerce CRM tools for analysis and reporting</li> <li>Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel between offices in Bayreuth and Munich</li> </ul>
