The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset and experience working in fast-paced digital environments</p><p>If you're passionate about the data analysis, and driving business growth through insights, we’d love to hear from you!</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li>Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the company’s strategic vision and goals.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies.</li><li>Define, conduct and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives.</li><li>Developing and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>6+ years of experience in data analysis</li><li>2+ years of experience in the Dating mobile apps market</li><li>Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).</li><li>Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.</li><li>Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data.</li></ul> <h3>Advantages</h3> <ul><li>Strong statistical background</li><li>Strong story-telling and presentation skills</li></ul> <h3>Skills</h3> None
