- Manage all projects, tests, and launches from beginning to end, ensuring all parties are properly informed, timelines are met, and milestones are clearly defined.
- Communicate Photo Studio priorities, projects and initiatives clearly to Creative senior leadership, in order to adjust operational strategies in real-time and enhance the effectiveness of the Photo Studio team.
- Create and ensure that the Photo Studio budget is met, and that business priorities, projects, and initiatives are efficiently executed. You will set and measure KPI's for your team, including evaluating production metrics and consistently streamlining processes.
- Build strong relationships with cross functional partners such as our merchandising team, as well as other vendors, freelancers & agencies.
- Continuously look for innovations for the studio, staying up to date on newest technology, imaging innovations, & workflow systems.
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 8+ years experience in a high-volume studio, with at least 3+ years in a studio leadership role (experience in an apparel retail or ecommerce studio a plus).
- You are motivated by challenges and bring a positive tone, an eye for solutions and an energy for rolling up your sleeves to solve at high speed.
- You are curious and excited about creating high quality images at a high volume while navigating business complexities & technical challenges.
- You are self driven and a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple high-priority initiatives at once.
- You have a proficiency in workflow tools and an understanding of studio performance metrics to forecast output, using that data to develop, recommend, and unlock solutions for your team.
- You are able to serve as the voice of the Photo Studio drive collaboration and support with cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization.
- You are comfortable delivering coaching and feedback and are able to build partnership & trust within your team.
