About the role

POS-P239

The Global Events Production Co-op will play a critical role in executing INBOUND 2025, HubSpot's largest marketing event of the year. This position is more than just note-taking; the co-op will be responsible for owning and leading projects from start to finish (with support from their manager, of course). Co-ops of the past have a real sense of contribution to core parts of the event while enjoying being part of an events team. This includes navigating the complex execution of various simultaneous projects and working with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders while keeping on schedule, budget, and overall creative intent.

The month before the event is when you see our team at its best, so the fall co-op position is a perfect time to come on board--be prepared to hit the ground running!
